Your Every Reason to Study at TCA

We end classes at two p.m. every day. That means that on Fridays from two p.m. until Monday morning, we have a comparatively free time. This is probably why a weekend is a welcome period to the boys. You may hear them reckoning the number of days before the weekend.

Mr. Stephen Besweri Akabway, Head teacher (1976-1979)

Other schools are far better off because past students have taken part in their development. (As a matter of fact)…the head teacher alone cannot really do much without the support of those who once studied in Teso College Aloet. I pray that they (old students) take this seriously.”

Mr. Silvester Ocaatum , Head teacher (2009 – 2015)

Our forefathers had in mind well-groomed generation of young men in Teso who would go out ready to serve the country and obey the authority.”

“It is so exciting to be Head Teacher of the school I once attended! I was a student from 1975 to 1978, and was a resident of Epaku House. As an Old Boy of the school, I intend to lead us to greater heights in all aspects. Teso College Aloet stands on two wings east and west across Soroti-Moroto road, code names the “The Equator” by students. In the entire Country I sometimes consider myself as the only Head teach of “two schools in one.”

Teso College Aloet

“Producing men of honesty, integrity, & sound judgment, not men of uniform, stereotyped views, but men of assured mind, capable of weighing the evidence on any issue & acting with tolerance toward those of differing viewpoints; men who will be prudent, balanced, and humane leaders in their society.”

“Mr. G. Heddle , Head teacher (1971-1972)”
